This established community brand required a complete brand strategy and website redesign to enhance member engagement and attract their ideal audience. We developed a comprehensive brand foundation with strategic messaging designed to address their target community members' specific connection challenges and belonging needs.

Our work included creating customer journey mapping for the website experience, developing authentic copy that reflects their heart-centered brand voice, and implementing a complete visual identity system including logo design, color palette, typography, and website architecture.
